Scott H, Hayes
Founder, President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hayes, the innovator and founder of the Vital-2-Life pouch, will oversee daily operations to build a profitable business and provide strategic guidance. With a background of owning and operating a subprime auto finance brokerage firm for five years, as well as an early childhood development center 6 years, he brings valuable experience. His commitment is to keep the team focused on the innovative mission of improving lives and aiding in the eradication of malnutrition and lethal diseases. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement programs to build relationships with corporate partner, NGOs, Humanitarian organization, and faith based missionary programs.
- Develop network of support within the humanitarian and government network
- Develop and implement outreach program
- Develop program to build a nation/international sponsorship
- Work with the executive team on building financial contract with our partners
- Provide guidance to the executive with project planning, special events, working closely with each program coordinator
- Together with CFO, develop and manage the operational budget, including necessary revisions
- Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing team on improving product development
- Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
Russell Taylor
Chairman of the Board, Chief Operating Officer
Since his ordination as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2009, Mr. Taylor has obtained a diploma in Biblical Studies and a certification from John Maxwell's Leadership Training course in 2013. He is set to play a pivotal role in launching high-impact initiatives and offering strategic direction to key members of the leadership team. Mr. Taylor aims to leverage this role to strengthen the core competencies of team leaders, thus improving and establishing lasting connections. His responsibilities encompass:
- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all programs segments, and oversee all financial, project/program
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.
- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
- Effectively communicating and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors.
Sojoanna Hayes
Executive Director International Relationship
Ms. Hayes will bring her vast executive experience from her international work with corporations, governments, and foreign agencies to the table. She is tasked with developing international programs and guidelines, partnering with NGOs, and overseeing the training and management of internal sales team members to meet international sales projections. Her responsibilities encompass:
- Provide check and balances for international team members
- Director of International Affairs and developing corporate business affairs

- Setting up International trade shows/expos with humanitarian programs
- Training local team members on international law and regulations
- Meeting with local state and government representatives regarding company's foreign affairs
Aretha Taylor
Director of Operations
Mrs. Taylor's expertise in collaborating with foundations, research and development, and policy advocacy is crucial for organizations addressing equity barriers in communities. Her dedication to systemic change in underprivileged communities is in harmony with the objectives of our corporate partners. Mrs. Taylor's commitment will enable our organization to collaborate with a variety of national and regional corporate partners.

Dr. Willie Bailey
Vice President, Dudley Products Inc. (Advisory Board)
Dr. Bailey has served as Vice President for DLTI and was previously the Special Assistant to the CEO at Dudley Products, Inc. He earned his doctorate from the University of Illinois at the age of 24 as a Danforth Fellow. His professional journey encompasses teaching and administrative positions across various institutions of higher education, with a notable eight-year stint as the Dean of the Division of Business and Economics at Winston-Salem State University. Dr. Bailey's signature lecture, "Succeeding With Your Super-Self," presents a vital formula for realizing one's aspirations by capitalizing on existing strengths.
